So we guess Charlie Aston's  bio is a bit different!

Charlie Aston's previous life was very different from his current one as a thriller author.  

The trips he goes on now differ from those of his previous career, but are still brushes with the extraordinary.

As his travels take him across the globe, he cross paths with some of the most intriguing characters you could ever meet.

But here's where it gets interesting: He often finds myself amongst those that make and decide the policies that we all live by, and those that uphold/enforce them. Whether they be Political and Corporate Actors, Hostile Environment Close Protection Officers, Private Military Contractors, Police, Military, and even the occasional Mercenary.

These aren't your average day to day folk - they're statesmen, entrepreneurs, academics', protectors, and hunters.

Elite professionals with real-life stories that will make your eyes water.

They are not only the powerful leaders, but also the hired guns, enigmas wrapped in dollars and Kevlar.

Collectively spending a lifetime alongside these individuals, he's developed a fascination with one particular group; that is the former soldier.
